Established in 2012: Catering division of The Bunker Youth Ministry, created to provide a sustainable income stream beyond community and church donations.

Humble Beginnings: Started as a “pop-up” food booth, operating every Thursday (May to September) in the Co-op@Home parking lot.

Growth and Relocation (2014): Moved operations to The Bunker’s outdoor patio to accommodate increased demand.

Food Truck Expansion:
- 2018: Began building our food truck.
- 2019: Launched the truck at events, enhancing our professional appearance.

Adaptation During COVID-19 (2020):
- Transitioned fully to the food truck due to safety protocols.
- Expanded the menu to include our signature Fresh-Cut Fries.
- Experienced significant growth, allowing participation in more events.

Current Capabilities:
- Fully certified food truck and kitchen, enabling service at diverse events and locations.
- Participate in 100+ events each summer, generating 20% of our annual budget.

Catering Services:
- Available for private events, weddings, corporate staff appreciation, and picnics.
- Specialized menu with a focus on select dishes.
- Open to collaborating with clients to create customized menu options.
CATERING
Whether it’s a staff picnic, a church BBQ, a family reunion, or a wedding reception…we’re game for it all!
**Side note, Food Truck specific events are only available during the months of May through September. If you are interested in having The Bunker cater an event during the colder months, our available menu may look a little different. But we’re always up for discussing options!
- Drop-off, pickup, or on site trailer set-up are options (please specify which option you’d like, not all sides available through food trailer)
- All prices are listed (pre-tax) as per person/portion (please take into account additional helpings)
- We do not provide serving utensils, unless requested, we recommend having tongs, and large spoons for serving
- Everything for pick up will be put into foil serving trays
- At this time, we are unable to offer beverages other than canned sodas

By booking with us, you support The Bunker Youth Drop-in Centre. Industrial Eats is just one way that brings in funds to operate. Rather than being fully reliant on the community for funding to operate, we make food and serve the community at private & public events. Currently we’re booking catering events into summer.
