Kevin Hildebrand
Kevin is the boss man extraordinaire! Kevin is in charge of EVERYTHING when it comes to The Bunker! He oversees our ministry directors, and always has food on his brain! When he’s not dreaming of the next big thing for The Bunker, you will find him hiding away in his office listening to songs by his favourite artists (P!NK & Katy Perry...no joke here). If he happens to take some time away from The Bunker, he’s on his farm tending to his many goats. Kevin also has a knack for finding THE BEST places to eat everywhere that he goes! So if you‘re looking for restaurant recommendations...he’s the one to chat with!
Kevin is the brains of this operation and he keeps everything running smoothly!
Mike Libby
Mike is our newest director and resident American! He has been volunteering on Friday Nights since 2019. He has a passion for youth and young adults and has demonstrated his leadership with that age group throughout his time with YWAM. He moved to Winkler from Arizona in 2019 after marrying his lovely wife Andrea. Together they own and operate Southland Barbell, a crossfit gym in Winkler. He is passionate about helping others and loves to make personal connections. While he’s SUPER chill, he is a force to be reckoned with!
Mike took over all running programs for the 23/24 season and has been doing an amazing job building up his volunteer teams and making connections with the youth in our community!
Alycia Hildebrand
Alycia is someone who you‘d consider a classic work-a-holic! After dedicating 9 years to working at The Bunker in a Ministry Director position, Alycia has transitioned over to working full time at Industrial Eats (our restaurant) as the general manager. On top of overseeing everything that is happening in the restaurant, she maintains a position here running all of our social media/web presence as well as coordinating all rentals for The Bunker.
She has a heart to see people succeed and will do anything to make that happen for those she cares about (which is basically every single person out there...). When she‘s not in the restaurant, the food truck, or at The Bunker, you can find her at home with her family, usually drinking a cup of coffee (she’s a coffee SNOB) & planning her upcoming Christmas season.
