Choice of:

• Pan-seared chicken in a creamy sun-dried tomato pesto sauce with roasted red peppers and fresh spinach - rusty, hearty, and just fancy enough to impress your date. Served with garlic herb mashed potatoes and roasted green beans for a plate that's comforting without being complicated.

• Tender, slow-smoked brisket served with a rich beef jus - the kind of meal that makes your stomach say 'i love you' before your date does. It comes with a hot baked potato topped with butter, sour cream and green onions. Finished with buttery garlic-sauteed mushrooms for a cozy, satisfying plate.

SIDES & DESSERT

• White Cheddar Cauliflower Bisque - A velvety, slow‑simmered blend of roasted cauliflower and sharp white cheddar, finished with a touch of cream for richness. Smooth, comforting, and deeply savoury—an elegant twist on a classic winter warmer.

• Caesar Salad - Crisp romaine tossed in a creamy Caesar dressing with garlic, lemon, and parmesan, topped with smoky bacon bits, crunchy croutons, and a light sprinkle of grated parmesan.

Matt Falk:

Matt Falk is a comedian, writer and actor who the CBC called, "Effortlessly Funny." You've heard him on Sirius Satellite Radio, Laugh Out Loud and The Debaters. His Dry Bar Comedy special has millions of views collectively online and 3 of his comedy albums reached #1 on the iTunes Comedy charts.

Joel Brandt:

Joel grew up in the swampy woods of the deep Interlake. When beaver trapping didn’t pan out, he made a move to the Mennonite Mecca of Steinbach. Through a combination of his own poor judgement and the encouragement of Matt Falk, he began dabbling in the comedy scene. Since then he has performed many times at the popular Steinbach Comedy Night, in someone’s kitchen and has a tentative booking for somebody’s backyard this summer. Joel’s proudest moment on stage was finishing second in the Winnipeg’s Funniest Person With a Day Job contest at Rumors Comedy Club.
