Executive Director
Kevin leads The Bunker and Industrial Eats with vision, energy, and a genuine love for the people and programs that make it what it is. He oversees our ministry director and Industrial Eats team and keeps the big picture in focus, always thinking about what’s next and how The Bunker and Industrial Eats can continue to grow and serve well.

When Kevin isn’t working on new ideas, you’ll often find him in his office with music playing, or back on his farm spending time with his goats (he loves his goats!). He’s also known for having food on his mind and a talent for finding great places to eat wherever he goes. So if you’re looking for a restaurant recommendation, Kevin’s your guy.

Kevin is the heart behind the operations, helping everything run smoothly while keeping the culture of The Bunker and Industrial Eats strong, welcoming, and forward-focused.
Ministry Director
Mike joined The Bunker in 2019 and quickly became a valued part of the team — and yes, he’s our resident American. He has a deep passion for youth and young adults, bringing years of leadership experience from his time with YWAM and a genuine heart for building meaningful relationships.

After marrying his wife, Andrea, Mike made the move from Arizona to Winkler. Together, they own and operate Southland Barbell, a CrossFit gym in the community. Mike is known for being incredibly approachable and easygoing, but don’t let the laid-back vibe fool you — he’s deeply committed and has surprising energy when we need it most in leadership and follow-through.

In 2023, Mike stepped into leading all running programs at The Bunker. Since then, he’s been doing an amazing job building strong volunteer teams and connecting intentionally with youth throughout our community.

Meet the Team
These are the volunteers that make it happen!

Tiffany Krahn
Known lovingly as Tiffaniel, Tiffany brings creativity, warmth, and just the right amount of sass wherever she goes. When she is not baking something incredible, she is organizing events, skits, or full-blown moments that make the Bunker feel alive. She loves Jesus deeply, gets lost easily, and once took part in a legendary Nerf war while dressed as a dinosaur. Nice but sassy. Socially awkward yet classy. A ginger who loves Jesus and is not afraid to lean fully into who she is.

Tiffany Desiletes
Tiff brings enthusiasm, loyalty, and a whole lot of Lego energy. She loves pop punk, classic animated movies, and somehow manages life with seven dogs. One of her favorite Bunker memories involves kids and leaders getting absolutely covered in whipped cream. She lives by
the idea of giving her best in every situation, even when perfection is not possible, and approaches challenges with humor, effort, and heart.

Matthias Klassen
Matt is quietly steady and deeply present. He enjoys cross-country skiing, meaningful music, and films that lean toward heart and legacy. He does not claim any secret talents and does not feel the need to sum himself up with a quote, which somehow fits him perfectly. One of his favorite moments has been simply playing basketball with the kids, showing up consistently and caring without needing attention.

Hunter Hildebrand
Hunter is calm, steady, and quietly intense in the best way. A paintball enthusiast with a surprising talent for throwing cards, he brings thoughtfulness and perspective shaped by real life experiences, including time spent volunteering in Puerto Rico. Music, movies, and faith all matter deeply to him, and his gratitude for life is impossible to miss. Blessed each and every day because God has been good beyond measure.

Crispin Wiebe
Crispin is thoughtful, direct, and unapologetically himself. With interests ranging from video games to Warhammer to a wide spectrum of music, he values honesty and believes secrets are usually unhealthy. He once fell asleep in the shower, which feels strangely on brand. One of his favorite memories is slowly surpassing Harold in height over the years, a victory he clearly savors. His guiding belief is simple and firm. Respect matters, especially when it comes to how you treat others.

Corey Reddecop
Better known as Cheese Loaf, Corey is equal parts humor and heart. He loves gaming and disc golf, can pull out accents at any moment, and is deeply unsettled by condiments, especially Mayochup. One of his favorite memories comes from the early days, playing blackjack for pizza, which feels exactly right for him. Corey is not a quote guy, but he is committed to being authentic, honest to a fault, and always trying to bring out the best in others.
