Great food has a way of bringing people together. At Industrial Eats, our catering does more than serve a meal—it supports something bigger. When you book us for your event, you’re supporting the work of The Bunker Youth Drop-in Centre, providing a safe, welcoming space for youth in our community.

From weddings and corporate events to staff appreciation days and picnics, we offer a focused, crowd-pleasing menu served from our fully certified kitchen.

We keep things simple, high quality, and stress-free, while working closely with you to make sure your event is well fed and well remembered.

Whether it’s a staff picnic, a church BBQ, a family reunion, or a wedding reception…we’re game for it all!

**Side note, Food Truck specific events are only available during the months of May through September. If you are interested in having The Bunker cater an event during the colder months, our available menu may look a little different. But we’re always up for discussing options!

Drop-oﬀ, pickup, or on site trailer set-up are options (please specify which option you’d like, not all sides available through food trailer)
All prices are listed (pre-tax) as per person/portion (please take into account additional helpings)
We do not provide serving utensils, unless requested, we recommend having tongs, and large spoons for serving
Everything for pick up will be put into foil serving trays
At this time, we are unable to oﬀer beverages other than canned sodas
To confirm your event date, a $500 deposit is required. This amount is credited toward your final invoice.

1/4 Smoked BBQ Chicken (Dark Meat): Smoked dark‑meat quarter chicken, flavorful, tender, and finished with our house BBQ glaze.

Smoked Sausage Link: A bold jalapeño‑cheddar smoked sausage with a hearty snap, rich smoke, and just the right kick of heat.

BBQ Smoked Ribs: 1/3 rack of meaty pork ribs slow‑smoked until tender, brushed with our signature BBQ sauce.

BBQ Hamburger: A flame‑grilled beef patty with a smoky finish, served on a toasted bun with classic fixings. Add cheese - 1.00

Nathan’s Famous Hot Dogs: Premium all‑beef Nathan’s hot dogs with that iconic snap and flavour, served with raw onions, and shredded cheese. Add Sauerkraut - 1.00

Regular Hot Dog: A classic hot dog with a mild, crowd‑pleasing flavour — perfect for all ages. Add chili - 0.50

Queso Mac n’ Cheese: Creamy macaroni blended with rich queso for a smooth, cheesy comfort classic.

Loaded Baked Potato: A perfectly cooked baked potato topped with butter, sour cream, bacon bits, and green onions. Add chili - 0.50

Mashed Potato w/ Gravy: Buttery mashed potatoes served with savory house gravy.
