Industrial Eats is a full service catering division of The Bunker Youth Ministry.  The food service side of our ministry was birthed back in 2012, out of the financial necessities of our ministry.  We realized that we cannot survive on community/church donations alone, and needed a more controllable source of income.  We started out with a “pop up” food booth, which ran every Thursday lunch between May and September in the Co-op@Home parking lot.  In 2014, we had outgrown our capacity to serve Thursday lunch at Co-op@Home, so we moved the operations to the outdoor patio at The Bunker. In 2018 we began the journey of building out a food truck and in 2019, we began hauling it out to events…even though it wasn’t completely finished…but it gave us a more polished look.
2020 ended the era of serving from the patio. Due to COVID protocol, we were forced to either put up very expensive barriers outside for public safety, or move operations 100% into the food truck. We couldn’t imagine a year without doing food (that would have killed Alycia & Kevin), so we expanded our menu to include our famous Fresh-Cut Fries and hit the ground running. 2020 was the year our Food Truck operations exploded! We were now able to say YES to events we previously would have had to say no to. Since then, we’ve many inquiries for catering for private events, weddings, and corporate staff appreciation events and picnics. 

     We have now reached the point of having our own fully certified food truck and kitchen which gives us the resources needed to put on events of all kinds, almost anywhere.  During a summer season, we participate in over 100 different events and bring in about 20% of our yearly budgeted financial needs.

         While we have a limited menu, we do specialize in a few items. We are always open and interested in discussing menu options with clients to find something that will fit their specific needs and ideas.
