Industrial Eats is a full service catering division of The Bunker Youth Ministry.  The food service side of our ministry was birthed several years ago, out of the financial necessities of our ministry.  We realized that we cannot survive on community donations alone, and needed a more controllable source of income.  We started off with a “pop up” food booth, which ran every Thursday lunch between May and September.  Out of this, we had individuals and businesses inquire about catering for private events, weddings, and corporate staff appreciation events and picnics. 

     We have now reached the point of having our own fully licensed food truck and kitchen which gives us the resources needed to put on events of all kinds, almost anywhere.  During a typical summer season, we participate in over 100 different events and bring in about 20% of our yearly budgeted financial needs.

         While we have a limited menu, we do specialize in a few items. We are always open and interested in discussing menu options with clients to find something that will fit their specific needs and ideas.
